[Help] Text to Speech in Windows Store Visual Studio 2012 using C#?

I am building an application that enables to speak a text. I used source of Hawaii, but after installation Microsoft Research Project Hawaii SDK, it lack file Microsoft.Hawaii.Translator.Client.dll in debug folder!!

Can anyone help me?? Or another helpful way for the problem??

For text to speech conversion you can use System.Speech dll.Why don't use that i can't understand?Are there any specific reason?

Yes, but the speech classes aren't available in .NET for Windows Store Apps.

How is Hawaii project related to Speech? Maybe, I just don't know something...

Thanks for your answer! I tried using system.speech!! but it isn't currently included into .NET..!! I'm writing on windows store c#
