How do I develop an application to access Microsoft remote desktop service?

Hi Experts,

I'm finding a solution to develop my own applications(for win10, iOS, and Android) to access Microsoft server Remote desktop Service instead of using MS's client application.

Could you let me know the good reference or consult on the topic?

I have reviewed the service, and still don't know how-to.

We've tested the RD Web templates, and found out that it just replaces the web page GUI which MS serves for its RDP server access to let web browser users download *.RDP file.
