Access database show read only after installation program other PC C# winform

i create a program for save data from datagridview and after data save return process data again in datagridview and export data in Excel, after this all process complete data remove from access database
Problem is i install program in my PC then program run fine but when i install in my other PC problem run and save data in database but error show when program try delete data from my database error show database is read only

What I have tried:

I try give all permission but access database show read only

At a guess, you've put the Access database file in the application directory, and installed the application somewhere in the Program Files folder.

Normal users do not have permission to write to any files under the Program Files folder. You will need to put the database file somewhere where the users do have permissions - for example, under the AppData folder.
