Wpf C# read file on button click and save on click

What do I wan't to achieve?
I want to read a file on Button Click and paste it into a RichTextBox. I would then like to be able to edit this and save it.

What doesn't work?
Unfortunately, I don't know which method to use.
I thought about FileDialog, but I don't want to search for the file and then open it with a click. Instead, the file is predefined and should be opened with a click and inserted into the text box.

What I have tried:

FileDialog but this is not what I had in mind and I would like to avoid this.<
