What is the requirements need in tablet when installing the published system or application in Windows form .net? I want android or windows

What I have tried:

I've search all over the internet but i cant find solutions, please help.

This is not a good question - we cannot work out from that little what you are trying to do.
Remember that we can't see your screen, access your HDD, or read your mind - we only get exactly what you type to work with.
So you are going to have to be a whole load more explicit about the problem - what tablet? Apple? Android? Windows?
What have you tried - other than "search all over the internet", which I don't believe: you've done maybe a couple of quick Googles and got nowhere - whet happened when you tried, what help do you need?

Windows applications will not run on Android. You need to build Android versions with Xamarin or similar tools.
