Start by indenting your code: I'm not even looking at that pile!

When your write code that is flat to the left side, it's difficult to see exactly what is going on - which open curly bracket does that close curly bracket line up with? I have no idea.
Pick an indentation style, and stick to it: modern language IDE's will even help you keep to it by indenting for you!

And when you have finished that, comment it properly. This is a useless comment:
if(strcmp(a.name,(s))==0) //checks whether a.name is equal to s or not
because it tells us what the code is doing, not why it's doing it.

Then fix your variables: dont; use single character names - they may be easy to type, but they don't help anyone trying to work out what your code does.

Then when you dump code on us, we might look at it - if you actually ask a question!
But with that lot and no actual question? I'm not even trying to work it out.
