how do i set a web page size resolution in html


What I have tried:

html and css

You don't. There is no such thing.

The page cannot control the size of the browser window nor the "resolution", whatever you mean by that.

Believe you are talking of device support. HTML5/CSS3 have defined ways to support multiple devices. You can use Viewport Meta Tag OR CSS Media Queries
