How we add Html Page In FCKeditor

We have a few css templates in hand with 8-10 Menus each with its content page respectively and want to change contents of that particular page in fck editor to edit in admin panel. I know that I can drag and drop a particular web page in fck editor to edit but I want to open a particular menu or web page through admin panel so I just want to know how a particular page or menu of that css template can be opened in fck editor by coding in C#. Or in simple words, how do I show a particular menu or web page of a selected template in fck editor in my admin panel.
