Is that possible or some reccomandition?

The user is free to arrange the individual Windows inside the MDI container. See also MdiClient Class (System.Windows.Forms) | Microsoft Learn[^].

If you do not want the user to re-arrange, then don't use Forms, use UserControls instead.
