You need to install the SAP Crystal Reports Runtime Engine (32 bit or 64 bit, depending on what version your app is targeting). Is that in place on another system?

already installed both version runtime and for VS
the version is 13.0.31.4010

"Moving" software components is usually more complicated than the name implies. Explain your "moving procedure" if you expect to get any help.

cannot move 'crystalreport.rpt'the destination folder is the same as the source folder
