How do I insert an image in Jasper Reports? The output format is PDF. I am using iReports as the designing tool.

What I have tried:

I tried using JDK6 and Jasper Reports library. When I drag an image in the design of a jasper report, I show only in Jasper Template. But when I generated the report in PDF format, the image is missing. I am using iReports as the designing tool for this.
