Do I need to download javafx separately in intellij or is it already there as a plugin?

I want to use javafx on intellij. Do I need to download it separately or the plugin there is directly usable?

What I have tried:

So I did use the plugin and I am actually able to see a screen with a hello button. So does it mean that we don't need to download it separately??

According to the below link, it is already available when and if it is enabled.
