CPAI 2.4.5 doesn't see both pcs

I installed CPAI 2.4.5 in a blue Iris based PC, all good. I also installed it on a 2nd PC to use Mesh. The first Blue Iris PC sees the 2nd fine, and says its using it in a mesh. But the 2nd PC doesn't seem to see the first (blue Iris one)... says 0 in Mesh (both started ok).
The Blue Iris PC has dual NIC, with cameras on a 192.168.50.xxx net (no internet). Blue Iris and the network is on 192.168.1.218, and the 2nd PC is on 192.168.1.202. They both see each others files fine in explorer. But CPAI says the Active Address (in Mesh) is 192.168.50.10... on the cameras network...why is that? Shouldn't that be the .1.218 IP? and is that why the 2nd PC doesn't seem to see the first one (tho the reverse is fine)???? and any idea how to fix this?
