If you don't have the remotest idea on how to do this, what background do you have that makes you think you can work this out ? The answer to the question 'which language would be best' depends entirely on what languages you know. I am sure that VB.NET, C# and C++ could all be used if you wanted.

I generally work on ASP.NET, C#. Actually I wanted to ask what will be the requirements. n I want some help in understanding this project. may b its some related project or guidance in building this project.
