Although I subscribed to all your newsletters (News, Insider, Daily Build) several weeks ago, I am still not receiving any.
What I have tried:
I flagged this problem on 25 October 2023. I got your reply the next day together with an email reconfirmation request, which I enacted.
Waited a few weeks but still no newsletters.
Out of sheer frustration I closed my account and waited 30 days before opening a new account on 21 January 2024 - albeit with the same username "coder56" and email address "ajoye@iinet.net.au".
I setup the newsletters I wanted to receive and waited expecting to start receiving the newsletters.
All to no avail! I have not received anything since!
Hoping you can sort this out.
