How can create multiple html file from an xml using xslt

How can create multiple html file from an xml using xslt.
ie, the elements in each tag will be of seperate html files.
But the template/structure of html body will be same, only contetnt will be change.
is it possible to create such xsl template with xsl version 1.0?
