somebody can help me how to configure a windows server to serve as a workstation computer?

what i need is that the server will serve as an e-mail server, application server and i want all the users to logon to the server computer and work on the server computer. by doing this all the users data will be saved on the server computer.

If you want to have users data stored on the server a better option would be to setup Active Directory with Roaming Profiles and Home Drives. This way so long as people use the home drive all their data will be saved on the server (or NAS if you have one) and by using Roaming Profiles even if they save stuff under "My Documents" it will still be saved on the server.

Having people use the email and app server for their normal work so that their data will be saved on it is just WRONG.
