How to Make transliteration From English to Tamil in C# 2010 ?

My Project is Based On the Transliteration From English To Tamil in Specified Fields in the Windows Form . When My End User Type A Word in English It Should be Transliterated and shown in Pop down with options in Tamil .

Example:

Word Typed : Hello

Word Transliterated into : ஹலோ

Transliterations is used For EndUser Purpose . If EndUser Like To Translate A text into IS Specified Text Without Changing The Meaning . it is done by transliteration only.

Solution 2

Attach the following software in bin folder and make a setup for Activate the Transliteration in ur appliction.
