If yes so how can we do ?

Please, be more specific and provide more details. Do you mean, you want to connect to SQL database using "clear" HTML code? Have you ever heard about ASP.NET?

From the html page you cannot access SQL Server, you will need asp, aspx, php or anything that can be coded server side.

But i will not suggest you to try this. As your connection will be open for every one.
The above comments are well said that you must try this using ASP.NET,ASP,PHP
