Windows Phone 7 + perl web service

I have a Web Service that is Created using C & Perl and consumed that web service in (.Net Framework) Console Application successfully.

now i want to consumed it on Windows Phone Application.

i search a lot but i didn't get proper solution. please help me to resolve this issue. how to add this service in Windows Phone Application.
