android load image,video and stream tv

hi i am new to java and would like to have a look at the sample on how to write load image and video in java when working with android eclipse. i have tried but not sure on how to store image and video in sd card so that i can have a selector button to select the images. can anyone share with me does android 4.0 stream tv cause i have tried lots of time but unsuccessful.

You are new ok, no problem but have you tried anything so far? Any effort to even look for it on internet? Any book?

yes i tried but i not sure on how to save image and video in sd card when working in android 4.0. And also does android 4.0 stream tv cause i having problem in steaming in 4.0.
