JQGRID filter and how to use in MVC

Hi ,

Am new to JQUERY and MVC. i saw basic info abt JQGRID.

i need an example for the below scenarions on how to work with jquery.

1. Get data from Database and show it to Grid based on the page size and if user click next page i ll post to DB and show the next set of data usign JSON

2. How to customize JQGRID Filters and search within the GRID.

Please post useful links and codes.

If your beginner to MVC then pls refere my blog.
I have also created videos explaining it.
A simple demo on MVC Entity framework and JQGrid.
