Web application having error when Excel COM executes

Hi,

I deployed the web application on win xp. The application manipulates some excel files. When I start to run it I get this error.

Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {A14C86FD-F567-44CF-8C82-C3DB3AFA6570} failed due to the following error: 80070005

I installed the .Net programmability support and still no good.

any inputs on this error?
