Shekhar, I adjusted the question title and text a bit. Ignoring capitalization, punctuation and correct spelling that much is simply impolite.
Besides, a question without a question mark can accidentally be considered as non-question and reported as such. It sometimes happens before we are overwhelmed with non-questions these days. Please keep in mind...

1 solution

The specs on this scanner tell me that it comes with drivers supporting TWAIN and ISIS standards. Let's see:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TWAIN[^],
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image_and_Scanner_Interface_Specification[^].

On TWAIN, please see this CodeProject article: .NET TWAIN image scanner[^].

See also: http://visualstudiogallery.msdn.microsoft.com/ec05e8ca-027c-44ef-8c3e-fd487ac246b5[^].

You can probably find other options. Everything else I saw was proprietary/commercial. I don't think it's appropriate to promote those solution here, but you can easily find then by yourself.
