how to save image in .gif format in vb.net

can any one please explain me how to save image as ,gif format and that image will not pixelized?

Just eg 25-Feb-13 2:07am

load image/picture from file to picturebox,
then save image from picturebox to file with format *.gif image
Picture1.image.save(filename.gif)

PictureBox has nothing to do with all that (why?!) and usually should not be used at all.

when i am using the dialog box and place .gif as drop down selection then the image is stretched and extension is also not display with image i am using get image from clipboard to save image utility
