when i install my setup the path of the project is change .how to prevent that or how to know the project path .i want the path upto the project name.i dont want the debug path

If the application is deployed, there is no "project". Do you mean executable directory?
Besides, there are no such things as "Release path" or "Debug path". You probably don't understand what is build, application, assembly, etc.

Please see my comment to the question. Most likely, you just need to find out where the directory where your application is located during run time. I explained it in a comprehensive way in my past answer:
