focus, blur function is not working when i am using jquery.fileUploader.js

Hi friends, I have stuck with File upload. When i am using jquery.fileUploader.js in my page then blur, focus,... of jquery is not working. I have also used jquery datepicker, that is also not working if i am using jquery.fileUploader.js. Please need your help.
