I Have problem with datagridview in windowsforms Application.not show first entry

Dear Sir/Madam;

I have problem with datagridview using c#.when first record save in datagridview then that time not show first entry in the dataview but second record show by datagridview so why this problem arise. Please help me...!!!!!!!!!
