connect oracle 9.0 and c# 2010

thank you all , the problem is i use 9i 9.0 , if i use 9.2 every thing will be just fine ( thanks allot)

can you look at this error ::
Could not load file or assembly 'Oracle.ManagedDataAccess,
Version=4.112.3.50, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=89b483f429c47342'
or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
