What do you mean "you can't get it"? And how is this a programming problem? Did you go here,

I spent less then 1 minute to find out how to get source code. OP just needs a bit more attention. Why do we help anyone to read? :-)
Anyway, please see my answer.
(By the way, this post is not a question, reported as such...)

I have read you answer carefully,It's really helpful for me.thanks very much,
Although the Question I issued is not like a regular one.
But I really just can't find out how to find the source of TortoiseSvn,The website is the only one that I have used to find open-source software and get the source from there.
The Google.code is wonderful and new one for me ,Thanks.
BTW,if you know some more websites , please tell me !
Thanks very much again!

You just need to read what's written on Web pages paying more attention! The source code is now on Google code, here:[^].

Get get source, you will need Subversion. Here is how you can check out:[^].

You can do it with installed TortoiseSVN, but you don't have to do it. You need to download Subversion itself and use its console-only application the way it is show above. You don't need to install this application; you can just copy all required files in some directory and run. And, of course, you can build Subversion console client from source.
