Hi is there a software l could download or be developed? That could do the following,

Application that can be installed in pc. The software is ideal for groups/single's showing results that has been collected and inputted in the application especially for dart/horse racing tournaments. Anyone could help please.

I have been searching countlessly but without any results.

Please help.
