script for taking history

I created an application form in asp.net it has 5 pages and it redirected by the button next
Then theses are my needs
i fill the forms 1st page then click next and go to 2nd. now i want to goback first page through prevs button in this case, all the datas what i given to 1st page must be present on there without fail.

Pls help me

you should save data in database and load data back when each page load now you can navigate any page without losing data
