how to display text from database on jpg image in crystal report.?

hi i am yogesh sharma and my scenario is as follows..

I need to print student icards using crystal report.. i have given icard in jpg file format which shows fields such as Name,Address,Mobile etc..now i need to fill these fields from database in crystal report.
I added a picture box to crystal report which displays the icard's jpg image..

Now my problem is that how can i dynamically display the fields on picture box image... and at the
particular position..
Note: i have so many icards image which are of different formats So the fields position are not fixed, it differs in all formats.So please suggest any idea to place fields dynamically...
I googled this but failed.....
Any help will be Appreciated...
