how to call selected indexchanged event of dropdownlist inside gridview

I have dropdown list inside item template of Gridview.
Dropdown list items are added dynamically at Girdview RowDataBound.
Details are updated in gridview.
There are minimum 5 rows which varies depending on user's selection.
If user selects any value in first dropdownlist (eg, English) then the same value should not get displayed in 2nd dropdownlist and it goes on till the end.
how to fire selectedindex changed event for dropdownlist inside gridview which is added dynamically.
Pls suggest me...
