Button click event when using modalpopup extender.

Hi.. In my project i have a login part on a corner of my web page, it works correctly at first. That is the login button redirects the user to next page.. The center of my page contains registration part.. Here am using modal pop up extender when filling captcha of user registration. After finished this part, the top most login button does not fired.. can any one help me :)
