Crystall Report 8 Export issue in windows 7

Dear Friends,

I have created crystal reports in my .Net application by using Segate Crystal Report version 8. when i deploy my application on Windows XP machin my crystal report exports report in Rich Text Format properly and i can open my export file in Microsoft Word 2000 and it display properly but when i deploy the same application on windows 7 it exports report in rich text format and when i open it in Microsoft Word 2010 it never display the report content propery.

Can anybody give me a solution for same.
