Dear Sir,
I create attendance details in MS-Excel.
I create three columns in MS-Excel,
why are you create three columns?
Per Day three shift so, i create three column,

first column i Enter P
second column I Enter P
third column I Enter A


the calculate values are printed in the month end date(30/01/13).
for example above the column output below
i create three rows
1st row present 1
2nd row absent
3rd row is OT 1

how to calculate this method
