tooltip with gridview and close button

hi all,
i have a requirement to display a tooltip containing gridview and a close button on bottom right. the gridview should contain data from database. the tooltip should be like a rectangular balloonpopup and should appear on hoverover.
my requirement is similar to the tooltip which appears when we hover over the rating star on this site
please help

I would search for jquery tooltips. Some work great with divs that have anything in them, such as a gridview.
