How to handle URL parameter in asp.net?

Dear Sir,
I have passed parameter with Encrypted to Redirect to another page and I have decypted URL Parameter . I dynamically Change urlParameter and Press Reload Page Then i got throw Error "64 bit char array" .
How to handle URL Problems?

Please give me any idea.

If you showed the relevant code someone may be able to help. But it sound like your encrypting or decrypting is failing.

its running in url but i try to add some data in parameter then throw error Message is "Invalid length for a Base-64 char array." Before Change url Encryption and dcryption working
