What language, exactly? More exactly, what script or writing system, if you know what is it?

Usually, all Indian scripts are covered by Unicode and most of them are supported by nearly all modern platforms by default; and .NET is totally based on Unicode. It's hard to imagine how could you screw up here. First of all, check up if your font supports the required character repertoire.

You can do it using the application "Character Map", which is bundled with all Windows versions, "CharMap.EXE". It will also help you to select more appropriate font, if the one you used so far was the problem.
