Problem with TinyMCE while formatting the Text

Hi guys,

there is a problem i've faced so many times with TinyMCE editor . the problem is

When i format any text for example( color: red, size: 12px) etc etc but....
when i press the "Backspace" even once..
It losts all formatting and set to default...
What i need to do... Plz tel me its urgent...

I just think, for steps/questions/issues about a 3rd party control (here TinyMCE), looking at their respective forums would be more helpful.
