This is not a good question. It is a horrible question. It is not even a question more precisely!
But I presume, you look for php+mysql tutorials. Well, Google can provide you lot of them. Check this out: http://bit.ly/t5XjKs[^].

But don't think that an example, a single tutorial can help you out. Based on your question I really doubt. So try to read as many as you can, and exercise as many as you can! It will take lot of time you will have to dedicate this topic.

We do not do your homework: it is set for a reason. It is there so that you think about what you have been told, and try to understand it. It is also there so that your tutor can identify areas where you are weak, and focus more attention on remedial action.

Try it yourself, you may find it is not as difficult as you think!
