scrolling buttons are not on fixed position

this is the link of my project, i have used scrolling buttons(get quote, meet our team, profile) on the left and right side of the main container. i have tried alot but the get vary in different resolutions. i want that they should be stick outside the main container. please tell me how to do it.

Do you know what's the worst on this page? The girl's photograph on life chat ("Can we help?") is shown in mangled aspect ratio. I recently have read that this is sometimes considered acceptable in some Far East countries, but it will drive most people from most other countries crazy. My years are already in pain, after a second of staring at it... :-(

Try modify "right_dv" css to,

C#

.right_dv {
    float: none;
    height: 100%;
}
