This project is aimed at developing a web-based and central Recruitment Process System for the HR Group for a company. Some features of this system will be creating vacancies, storing Applicants data, Interview process initiation, Scheduling Interviews, Storing Interview results for the applicant and finally Hiring of the applicant. Reports may be required to be generated for the use of HR group.

Please tell me that this is your home work and not a paid project. Either way, we don't do your work for you, that's not the point of this place. We help programmers who get stuck on specific things after trying to do their own work.

How do you want to use clustering ? Do you know what it means ? What do you mean by user profile ? How is it stored ? Why does it matter that it's 'online' ? What task do you have before you exactly ? What have you done to research this task ? Have you written any code ? Is it for an existing project ?
