Dropdown SelectedIndexChanged should open Ajax ModalPopupExtender

I am using multiple asp Panels (around 6). I want to open panels according to value selected in dropdown (which is bound with table of sqlserver(2005))
I using vs 2010. Plz help me.

I couldn't find where the problem could be.

Place the panels and the dropdown inside the update panel. Dropdown selection change event would fire the update panel. In code behind based on the value selected in the dropdown show the respective panel.

Update panel will get refreshed with the change.
