Installation of Sharepoint Server 2010 and basic questions

Hi All,
I want to install Sharepoint 2010 server on my system. I am very new to this. I am installing it for the first time. I have some queries regarding it. Please help me. My queries are:

1. Is it possible to install Sharepoint Server 2010 on 32-bit Windows 7 OS?

2. Can I install Sharepoint Designer afterwards? or I need to install it at the same time I am installing Sharepoint Server?

3. Please tell me the hardware requirements to install Sharepoint Server 2010. I have 4GB RAM..is it possible to install it on my system?

4. What is the difference between Sharepoint Foundation version and Sharepoint Standard Version?

5. Is Sharepoint Designer and Sharepoint Developer are same? If no, What is the difference between them?

Please help me!!!!!!
