Is Java Virtual Machine Tool Interface not supported in Java SE 7?

I need to use some methods in JVMTI or JAVA Platform Debugger Architecture (JPDA)...

But I don't know how to start, actually I think they are not supported in Java SE 7...
I need to change and modify in the thread stack at run time.

Can any one help me???
