How to show accounts in dynamics crm 2011 using silverlight?

hi m new to the dynamics CRM 2011. and i want to show all accounts using custom button which i have already added at the main ribbon. now i want to show all accounts when user click button.
please help me in this regard

I guess the sample CrmODataSilverlightTestPage.html is a web resource.
