clearing validation message in popup

Open Popup
do not enter any values
click on save
(requiredfieldvalidator) validation messages are getting displayed
Close popup and open it again
in this scenario
validations are again getting displayed again I want to clear them

On PopUp close event find validation control (span) using JaavaScript/jQuery and hide it.

At close button click event clear all error messages & control values.
