i need this type of strucutre and this Value,Value1,Value2 will be seprate column .

i need this for my tool and for window form application.

name is aheader text and Value,Value1,Value2 will be like sub haeadder and thi sub header will have its own column which contai some data and this is for winform and not for any database it is used for tool devlopment.
